Upon your arrival
Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment. If your flight is delayed, or in case of need, please give a call to the hot-line mobile telephone of the staff in charge of your accommodation and which is written on the information letters that you receive after booking. Most often, you will be able to check-in upon arrival; but in the unlikely case previous customers have vacated the apartmernt on the same day, check-in will be between 12 am and 2 pm.

Insurance
French law requires all parties to be covered by comprehensive Travel Insurance,
including coverage for personal liability, while occupying a rental property.
The client is therefore strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel
insurance policy (which can include cancellation coverage, such as www.travelex-insurance.com)
and to have full coverage for the party’s personal belongings, public
liability etc, since these are not otherwise covered .
Who we are
HDEMO is a private company which rents out furnished apartments to
an international clientele. These apartments are either company owned or have
been entrusted to the company by their proper owners.

3. Return the rental agreement /contract and the booking form signed.
4. Secure a reservation :
To secure a reservation, we require payment
of 50% of the value of your booking payable by :

5. Acknowledgment
Once we have received your initial payment,
we will send you a rent receipt, with all the necessary information (apartment
street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and our
representatives telephone numbers) and balance due information. We will also
ask you to provide us information on your confirmed flight and arrival time
(if already known).
6. Final
Payment
Balance is payable :
• With a wire transfer or credit card in Euros order 30 days before
departure.
• You may also pay the full amount with a check or credit card at time
of reservation.
7. Security deposit
The fully refundable security deposit of 550€ ( 600$ ) is payable upon
arrival in cash or by check ( € or $ ) . Refunded at check out. Of course,
we will send a security deposit receipt. In case you used the online credit
card system of private-paris.com , you do not need to bring a deposit and
you allow HDEMO to debit your credit card account of the amount of the damage.

8.Cancellation
In case of cancellation after acceptance of your booking, the following conditions will be applied:
a) Cancellation more than 60 days before
the beginning of the stay, full refund
b)Cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of
the deposit will be reserved.
c) Cancellation 30 days before arrival, no refund will be possible. You have
the possibility to recommend another customer to replace you.
d) Interruption stay: In case of anticipated interruption, and if the responsibility
of the owner is not in question; no refund will be possible exceept for the
guarantee deposit, provided that there are no damages during the inventory
upon check-out.
In any case, if the apartment can be re-rented, you will be refunded for each
day that has been filled.
PRICES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE!
All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay.
PETS: no pets are allowed in the apartment.
