Located at 100 meters from Georges Pompidou Center and  Le Marais , this three bedrooms /2 bathrooms apartment is absolutely unique for many reasons : the location, the décor, the organisation , and a large roof-top  terrace with a 360° views of Paris and many monuments :Saint Gervais,  Notre Dame Cathedral, the Hotel de Ville, the Tour Saint Jacques, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre Cathedrale and the Invalides . Centrally located , it’s close to everything with a walking distance to Les Halles, Notre Dame, Le Louvre, Saint Germain Des Prés, Le Marais, and the Chatelet metro station from which you can go almost everywhere in Paris .
This three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment is spread across the top two floors of the building and has the added benefit of a large roo-ftop terrace with plenty of seating and room for outdoor entertaining. The apartment is organized such that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on one level and the main salon, dining area, and kitchen are on an upper level. From the upper level stairs lead to a wonderful large roof-top garden terrace.

The decor - achieved by a famous French designer Sylvie Turri - is contemporary-modern with bright alternating pastel colours making a rainbow effect that is both light and cheerful. The large main salon has two sofas, easy chairs, and plenty of books and a large open floor space with room to dance. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL - Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is a large dining table with six chairs on one side and a colourful corner kitchen area with many built-ins and direct views overlooking the plaza and fountains on the side of Beaubourg. Kitchen equipment includes a double wide under counter refrigerator w/freezer hidden behind panels, a combo convection & microwave oven, dishwasher, and ceramic electric cook-top with exhaust hood
The bedroom level has a Master bedroom with a Queen size bed. The Second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to make a Queen  size bed. The third bedroom is organized as an office with desk and is a 'petit salon' separated by a curtain that when closed provides privacy. It has a trundle bed that can be opened to make two singles.
There are two full bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms, each with a basin, walk-in shower. One separate toilet and another one in one of the bathroom. . One bathroom has a clothes washer/dryer.

Dish washer , electric and microwave oven, drying/washing machines,
flat screen television on cable ( CNN, BBC, etc) , high speed WI FI Internet connection , free telephone for local and international calls , BQ on the terrace, weekly housekeeping.
The building is completely secured with codes and Intercom.

High Season - April , May, June, July, September, October, December 15-31.

High Season : 350€/night for 4 persons and 50€/night for an extra guest ( max 6 persons)
Low Season  : 300€/night for 4 persons and 40€/night for an extra guest ( max 6 persons)
