1. How to Book

2. Secure a Reservation

To secure a reservation, we usually require payment of a deposit – 50% - of the value of your booking, depending on the apartment - payable by: 


• Credit card: by clicking here you will be sent to our secured online payment form (VISA or MASTERCARD only)
• Checks in Euros 
• Bank wire 

For some apartments, the initial deposit is reduced and the balance can only be paid in cash upon arrival.

3. Acknowledgment

Once we have received your initial payment, we will send you a rent receipt, with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and our representatives telephone numbers) and balance due information. We will also ask you to provide us information on your confirmed flight and arrival time (if already known). 

4. Final Payment

Balance is payable: 

•Upon arrival in cash (Euros only).

• With a wire transfer or credit card in Euros order 30 days before the arrival date.  

• You may also pay the full amount with a check or credit card at time of reservation, if the balance is not due upon arrival.  

5. Security Deposit 

The fully refundable security deposit of 600€ (600$ ) is payable upon arrival in cash or by check ( € or $ ). Refunded at check out. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt. In case you used the online credit card system of, you do not need to bring a deposit and you allow HDEMO to debit your credit card account of the amount of the damage. . 

6. Cancellation

In case of cancellation after acceptance of your booking, the following conditions will be applied:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, full refund 

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the deposit will be reserved. 

• Cancellation 30 days before arrival, no refund will be possible. You have the possibility to recommend another customer to replace you. 

• Interruption stay: In case of anticipated interruption, and if the responsibility of the owner is not in question; no refund will be possible except for the guarantee deposit, provided that there are no damages during the inventory upon check-out. 

In any case, if the apartment can be re-rented, you will be refunded for each day that has been filled.

7. Prices

Prices are all inclusive except in case of special arrival times. 

All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay except for a late arrival and during the weekend. 
For late arrival and during the weekend, we ask you an extra 50 € charge upon arrival.
