a classsified 17 th century courtyard situated in one of Paris' historical streets – la Rue Mouffetard –
a few steps away from the famous Place de la Contrestcarpe.
A street practically dedicated to pedestrians only, the Rue Mouffetard is celebrated for its
daily market, its world cuisine or traditional French restaurants, and its old stone houses, some of
which date back to the 18 th century. It is a village preserved in its Parisian soul.

The apartment itself, completely redecorated this year, is made up of one large room
with exposed wooden beams, illuminated by two vast french windows which overlook the gardens,
a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub (refer to plan). The place enjoys an absolute
calm under the guardians friendly watchful eye. The entrance to ‘la Maison des Trois Jardins'
( the house of three gardens) is approached from Rue Mouffetard or from Rue Tournefort,
a mere 100 meters from the Panthéon.
